This Fork Bumper Kit is designed as a replacement kit for fork bumpers on 1999 and 2000 M2 Cyclone Models or to be installed on 1999 and 2000 M2 Cyclone Models without fork tube bumpers on the lower front frame tubes. These bumpers should be installed on models that experience contact between the upper triple clamp and the fuel tank.

INSTALLATION
  1. See Figure 1. Turn handlebars lock to lock and note locations where fork tube contacts frame. Bumpers will be installed to these areas.
  2. Use Isopropyl Alcohol and thoroughly clean area of frame in which bumper will be installed. Let dry completely.
  3. Apply adhesive to fork bumper and install to frame. Let cure for 24 hours.
  4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for the opposite side.
