INSTALLATION

| 1. | See Figure 1. Remove the two capscrews (1) and the cover (2). | |
| 2. | Remove and inspect cover O-ring for damage. If needed, replace with Service Part Number 11130K. | |
| 3. | Wipe groove on mating cover clean of any excess oil or debris. | |
| 4. | Install O-ring onto backside of new cover. NOTE The six M6 x 6 mm socket head cap screws are factory installed onto the new Derby cover. | |
| 5. | See Figure 2. Install the new cover (1) using M6 x 30 mm capscrews (2) and flat washers from kit. Tighten capscrews to 8.2–10.7 N·m (72–95 in-lbs). |
