This kit fits all 1990 and later Harley-Davidson motorcycles except VRSC models.
Additional Parts Required
Models with dual front brakes will require two of these hardware kits.

If the procedure is not within your capabilities or you do not have the correct tools, have a Harley-Davidson dealer perform the installation. INSTALLATION
- See the FRONT WHEEL section of the Service Manual for brake rotor (disc) and wheel inspection, removal and disassembly procedures
WARNINGUse Harley-Davidson replacement fasteners. Aftermarket fasteners can adversely affect performance, which could result in death or serious injury. (00013a)
- After market fasteners may not have the specific property requirements to perform properly.
- Place a few drops of Loctite® 243 (blue) on the threads of the new chrome screws from the kit. Install the brake disc using ONLY the new chrome screws. Torque the screws to 24 ft-lbs (33 Nm).
NOTICE
Do not re-use brake disc/rotor screws. Re-using these screws can result in torque loss and damage to brake components. (00319c)
