This kit is a direct replacement for the original equipment (OE) induction module on 1995-1997 FLT models with EFI (electronic fuel injection).
Service Manual Required
WARNINGRider and passenger safety depend upon the correct installation of this kit. Use the appropriate service manual procedures. If the procedure is not within your capabilities or you do not have the correct tools, have a Harley-Davidson dealer perform the installation. This instruction sheet refers to service manual information. A service manual for this year/model motorcycle is required for this installation and is available from a Harley-Davidson dealer.

INSTALLATION
Refer to the service manual for induction module removal and replacement procedures with the following exception:
- The cam assembly must be removed from the induction module currently on the vehicle and installed on the throttle shaft of the new induction module. See Figure 1 for the components to be retained.
