INSTALLATION
NOTE
Place clean cloth or towel over front fender before installing this kit.
  1. See Figure 1. Remove and discard existing top screw (1) and P-clip (2) right side of upper triple tree (3). The screw and P-clip are held in place with a clip nut.
  2. See Figure 2. Apply Loctite 243 (Blue) to threads of screw (1).
  3. Install chrome screw (1) and billet brake line clip (2) on right side of upper triple tree (3).
  4. Tighten screw to 20-22 in-lbs (2.3-2.5 Nm).
NOTE
On Softail and FXDWG models, the brake line should be offset to the left of the clip mounting hole.
On XL and other Dyna models, the brake line should be offset to the right of the clip mounting hole.
