This kit is designed to fit 2002 and later VRSCA, VRSCR, VRSX and 2004 VRSCB models motorcycles.

WARNINGRider and passenger safety depend upon the correct installation of this kit. Use the appropriate service manual procedures. If the procedure is not within your capabilities or you do not have the correct tools, have a Harley-Davidson dealer perform the installation. Improper installation of this kit could result in death or serious injury. (00333b)
NOTE
This instruction sheet references Service Manual information. A Service Manual for your model motorcycle is required for this installation and is available from a Harley-Davidson Dealer.
INSTALLATION
| 1. | See the Service Parts illustration. Lay a shop rag on the front fender during removal of headlamp assembly (B). | |
| 2. | Remove and set aside the original hex button head screws (A) securing the headlamp assembly (B) to the headlamp mounting bracket (C). Place headlamp assembly on shop rag. | |
| 3. | Obtain from the kit the headlamp trim visor (1) with the attached pre-installed pieces of adhesive rubber mounting pads. Remove only the adhesive backing from the top rubber mounting pad. The lower mounting pad acts as rubber bumper between the visor and headlamp assembly. | |
| 4. | Place the headlamp assembly (B) up under the headlamp trim visor (1), being careful to match the metal profile and raised side mounting holes. | |
| 5. | Lift and press the trim visor with the adhesive mounting pad to the underside of the headlamp assembly mounting bracket being careful to align the side mounting holes. | |
| 6. | Secure the headlamp assembly to the mounting bracket using the two fasteners saved earlier. Tighten to 4.5–7.5 N·m (40–66 in-lbs) . | |
| 7. | Refer to HEADLAMP ALIGNMENT in the Service Manual and follow the instructions given for the headlamp beam adjustment. |
