Additional Parts Required
Loctite 243 threadlocker and sealant (blue) (P/N 99642-97).
A Razor-Pak is required. See a Harley-Davidson dealer.
A Trike Tour-Pak rack may be required if not already equipped.

If the procedure is not within your capabilities or you do not have the correct tools, have a Harley-Davidson dealer perform the installation. NOTE
This instruction sheet references service manual information. A service manual for your model motorcycle is required for this installation and is available from a Harley-Davidson Dealer.
INSTALLATION
| 1. | If equipped, remove the existing Tour-Pak luggage from the installed rack according to service manual instructions. If not equipped with a Tour-Pak, install a Tour-Pak rack for your Trike model. Discard the screws provided with the rack and use the longer mounting screws provided with this kit. | |
| 2. | If not previously performed, drill out the mounting holes in the Razor-Pak luggage using instructions provided with the Razor-Pak kit. Two positions are available but only one set of four holes is required to be drilled. | |
| 3. | See Figure 1. Place the spacers (1) on top of the Tour-Pak rack (A) aligning the mount holes in an orientation that places the spacer parallel to the rack sides. Spacers are symmetric so flipping a spacer over may provide the alignment. If movement of the spacers make aligning the Razor-Pak holes difficult, the spacers can also be adhered to the Tour-Pak rack with either tape or adhesive, neither provided in this kit. | |
| 4. | Align and install the Razor-Pak to the Tour-Pak with spacers in place. | |
| 5. | Apply Loctite 243 (blue) to the fastener threads of each screw (2). | |
| 6. | Install screws (2) and washers (3) in the four fastener locations as shown. Torque the screws to 6.77–9.49 N·m (60–84 in-lbs). |
