INSTALLATION

Clean body scuff kit mounting area thoroughly with a solution of equal parts water and isopropyl alcohol. Allow to dry throughly.

NOTE

The left and right panels are embossed with "Left" and "Right".

See Figure 1. Obtain the right body scuff panel (1). Do not remove the adhesive tape backing from the panel.

See Figure 2. Before removing the adhesive tape backing from the panel, test the placement of the panel (1). If the fender scuff panel (2) has been installed, align the body scuff panel with the fender scuff panel.

Remove the adhesive tape backing. Carefully adhere the body scuff panel to the body. Press from the inward side to the outward side of the panel to make a firm bond.

Repeat for the left side body scuff panel.

Allow AT LEAST 24 hours after applying the scuff panels before operating vehicle or exposing the area to vigorous washing, strong water spray or extreme weather.
