Additional Parts Required

Two kits are required for the replacement bushings on two saddlebags.

Rider and passenger safety depend upon the correct installation of this kit. Use the appropriate service manual procedures. If the procedure is not within your capabilities or you do not have the correct tools, have a Harley-Davidson dealer perform the installation. Kit Contents

See Figure 2 and Table 1.

INSTALLATION

Using a pair of pliers or other suitable tool, squeeze the open ends of the bushings slightly closed to remove the old bushings from the brackets.

See Figure 1. Install the new bushings. Make sure the sides of the bushing are gripping the sides of the bracket and that the two bushing bumps seat in the bracket pockets. You should hear an audible click when the bushing is seated.
