Installation Requirements
Separate purchase of a Windshield Trim Mirror Mount Kit (Part No. 57400254) is required for proper installation of this kit.
INSTALLATION
| 1. | Install the Windshield Trim Mirror Mount Kit (Part No. 57400254) per the instructions in that kit. | |
| 2. | Get a mirror and set screw from this kit. | |
| 3. | Thread the mirror into the correct support stalk. Tighten the mirror stud with an open-end wrench. Align the wrench flats near parallel to the bottom face of the support. | |
| 4. | Insert a set screw into the stalk. Tighten against the mirror stud to 2.4–2.7 N·m (21–24 in-lbs). | |
| 5. | Repeat steps for the opposite side. |
