Wymagania dotyczące montażu
- To reach difficult spring clamps use 24 INCH HOSE CLAMP TOOL (NARZĘDZIE DO ZACISKU WĘŻA (24 CALE)) (Nr kat:HD-52004).
- Crimping the clamps (Part No. 10344) HOSE CLAMP PLIERS (SZCZYPCE DO ZACISKU WĘŻA) (Nr kat:HD-41137) are needed.
- Harley-Davidson recommends using NAPEŁNIACZ UKŁADU CHŁODZENIA MATCO (Nr kat:MCR102A) and COOLING SYSTEM ADAPTER (ADAPTER UKŁADU CHŁODZENIA) (Nr kat:MPT10128) or equivalent to vacuum test and fill the coolant system.

Sub-Assemble to Left Lower Fairing

Position hose clamp (5) on right downtube (1). e. Install the right side of engine to left radiator hose onto the right downtube. f. Rysunek 11 Using the clamp tool, locate the clamp (5) on the engine to left radiator hose. Position clamp about 6,4 mm (0,25 in) from the end to hose. UWAGA Verify that clamp (5) does not contact frame downtube. h. Using the clamp pliers tool, locate the clamp (3) on the engine to left radiator hose. Position clamp about 6,4 mm (0,25 in) from the end to hose and crimp clamp. |
