| 1. | Remove main fuse. See the service manual. |
| 1. | Locate siren amplifier [72B]. | |
| 2. | Push the protective boot up the harness exposing the connector and wiring. | |
| 3. | Figure 2 Locate (PK/O) wire in terminal 3A, tag wire with the # 2. | |
| 4. | Locate (PK/O) wire in terminal 3C, tag wire with the # 1. |
| 5. | Following the Delphi Metri-Pack Sealed Connectors, remove all terminals from connector and discard connector. See the service manual. | |
| 6. | Remove the Delphi Metri-Pack terminals. NOTE Leave as much wiring on harness end as possible when remove terminal. a. Using wire cutters, cut the wire just above the terminal and discard. |
| 1. | Following the I-Sheet, strip the recommended length of installation off each wire. See: |
| 2. | Crimp the new terminals to the wiring. | |
| 3. | If necessary, unlock new Molex MX 150 Sealed Connector. See the service manual. | |
| 4. | Figure 3 Install all terminal ends into new connector. a. Following Table 3 install all terminals. |

| 5. | Install seal pins (2) in terminals 11 and 12. | |
