Installation Requirements
WARNINGRider and passenger safety depend upon the correct installation of this kit. Use the appropriate service manual procedures. If the procedure is not within your capabilities or you do not have the correct tools, have a Harley-Davidson dealer perform the installation. Improper installation of this kit could result in death or serious injury. (00333b)

INSTALL
NOTE
Use washers and nuts from Chopped Tour-Pak kit.
| 1. | Install screws (2) and washers (3) from inside the Chopped Tour-Pak (1) through the spacers (4) and mounting rack (7). | |
| 2. | Install washers (5) and nuts (6) from underneath of mounting rack (7). | |
| 3. | Adjust Tour-Pak to desired location. Tighten. Torque: 6.8–8.1 N·m (60–72 in-lbs) | |
| 4. | Install Tour-Pak with mounting rack per instructions provided with rack kit. |
