If the procedure is not within your capabilities or you do not have the correct tools, have a Harley-Davidson dealer perform the installation. INSTALLATION
| 1. | See Figure 1. Begin on one side. Remove two original equipment (OE) screws and washers. Discard. | |
| 2. | Install windshield trim (2 or 3) and screws (1). Leave fasteners loose. | |
| 3. | Repeat previous steps on the other side. NOTE Do not over-tighten screws. | |
| 4. | Tighten screws to 0.9–1.3 N·m (8–12 in-lbs). |
