Installation Requirements
WARNINGRider and passenger safety depend upon the correct installation of this kit. If the procedure is not within your capabilities or you do not have the correct tools, have a Harley-Davidson dealer perform the installation. Improper installation of this kit could result in death or serious injury. (00308b)
Separate purchase of more parts or accessories may be required for proper installation of this kit. These can be purchased separately from a Harley-Davidson dealer.
INSTALLATION
Smartphone Mount Installation
| 1. | See Figure 2. Loosen riser (C) upper screws (A ). NOTE Riser (C) screw dimensions vary based on model and model year. Both SAE and metric screws are included in the kit. Use appropriate screws. | |
| 2. | Remove riser (C) lower screws (B). | |
| 3. | Install spacers (2) and smartphone mount (1). Orient to align with holes in riser (C). Secure with screws (3) from kit. | |
| 4. | See Figure 1. Tighten in sequence. Torque Torque: 22.8–25.2 N·m (17–19 ft-lbs) |  Figure 1. Handlebar Torque Sequence |
