Kit Contents

See Figure 2 and Table 1.

INSTALLATION

1.	See Figure 1. Remove and save snap plug (1) from existing headlamp bracket (5).
2.	Remove and save headlamp adjusting nut (2), lock washer (3) and adjustment washer (4).
3.	Remove two screws and washers securing headlamp bracket. Discard screws and washers.
4.	See Figure 2 and Table 1. On FXDL models, peel off adhesive and install headlamp bracket trim (4), (black with cutout) to recessed area of headlamp bracket. On all other models, peel off adhesive and install bracket trim (3) to recessed area of headlamp bracket.
5.	Install new headlamp bracket (2) using two TORX^® screws (1) and washers (5) from kit. Tighten screws to 14–16 N·m (10–12 ft-lbs).
6.	Install headlamp adjusting washer, lock washer and adjustment nut removed in Step 3. Tighten nut to 14–20 N·m (10–15 ft-lbs).
7.	Adjust headlamp as necessary by following instructions in applicable Owner's Manual.
8.	Install snap plug removed in Step 1.
