Installation Requirements
WARNINGRider and passenger safety depend upon the correct installation of this kit. Use the appropriate service manual procedures. If the procedure is not within your capabilities or you do not have the correct tools, have a Harley-Davidson dealer perform the installation. Improper installation of this kit could result in death or serious injury. (00333b)
NOTE
This instruction sheet references service manual information. A service manual for the year and model motorcycle is required for this installation and is available from:

REMOVE
| 1. | Remove brake pedal pad from vehicle foot brake lever. Discard pad. |
INSTALL
Small Brake Pedal Pads: Kits 50600248, 50600255, 50600256, 50600623, 50600624, 50600695
| 1. | Figure 1 Align new brake pedal pad (1) with recess in trim cover (2). | |
| 2. | Insert threaded stud through holes in trim cover and vehicle foot brake lever. | |
| 3. | Kits 50600623, 50600624, 50600695: Install washer (4) onto threaded stud. | |
| 4. | Install 1/4-20 hex locknut (5) onto threaded stud. Tighten. Torque: 10.9 N·m (8 ft-lbs) |
