Installation Requirements
These items are available at your local Harley-Davidson dealership:
- Screamin' Eagle® (SE) High Flow 68mm Intake Manifold kit (Part No. 27300210 or 27300217) is required for this installation.
- SE High Flow Injector kit (Part No. 27400067) are recommended for this installation.
- Digital Technician II (DT II) is required for proper installation of this kit. Contact a Harley-Davidson dealer.
WARNINGRider and passenger safety depend upon the correct installation of this kit. Use the appropriate service manual procedures. If the procedure is not within your capabilities or you do not have the correct tools, have a Harley-Davidson dealer perform the installation. Improper installation of this kit could result in death or serious injury. (00333b)
NOTE
This instruction sheet references service manual information. A service manual for the year and model motorcycle is required for this installation and is available from:

PREPARE
| 1. | Install SE High Flow 68 mm Intake Manifold. See installation requirements. a. Follow instructions in the intake manifold kit. | |
| 2. | Remove main fuse. See service manual. |
REMOVE
| 1. | Remove Original Equipment (OE) throttle body and seal. Discard components. See service manual. |
INSTALL
NOTE
SE Performance 68mm High Flow Intake Manifold (Part No. 27300210 or 27300217) should already be installed prior to installing throttle body. Refer to Installation Requirements.

| 3. | Install screws (3). Tighten. Torque: 4–6 N·m (35–53 in-lbs) |
