INSTALLATION
| 1. | Remove and discard the two screws fastening the tail lamp lens to the base. | |
| 2. | Fasten the tail lamp chrome collar over the tail lamp lens using two new screws (2). Tighten the screws to 2.2–2.5 N·m (20–24 in-lbs). | |
 WARNINGBe sure that all lights and switches operate properly before operating motorcycle. Low visibility of rider can result in death or serious injury. (00316a) | ||
| 3. | Test the tail lamp and turn signals for proper operation. |
