NOTE
This instruction sheet references service manual information. A service manual for your model motorcycle is required for this installation and is available from a Harley-Davidson Dealer.
Permatex® Anti-Seize Lubricant, (Part No. 98960-97) is required for proper installation of this kit.
Removal
Remove the OE wheel spacers following the instructions in the service manual.
Installation
NOTE
The left and right wheel spacers are different. Install them on the correct side.
- See Figure 1. Position ABS sensor cover (1) on sensor with slot lined up to wire connection. Place a block of wood on cover and with a soft mallet, tap cover onto sensor until sensor cover is flush with sensor or seated with slight protrusion of sensor.
- Install the wheel spacers following the instructions in the service manual.
