INSTALLATION
Clutch Ferrule Cover
  1. Obtain the o-rings (3) from the kit.
    1. Cut through one cross-section of an o-ring to create a split o-ring.
    2. Repeat for other o-ring.
  2. Wrap the split o-rings around the clutch cable ferrule.
  3. Position the lower half of the cover (2) around the ferrule and align the o-rings to the two grooves.
  4. Position the upper half of the cover (4) over the lower half and loosely install the screws (1).
  5. Rotate the cover assembly into the desired position and tighten the screws.

Banjo Bolt Cover
NOTE
Some models may require banjo fitting rotation to obtain the necessary clearance for cover installation. See the Service Manual.
  1. Position the clutch ferrule cover (6) over the front master cylinder banjo bolt and fitting.
  2. Position the tab (7) around the fitting and into the cover. Loosely install and then incrementally tighten the screws (5).
