Installation Requirements
WARNINGRider and passenger safety depend upon the correct installation of this kit. Use the appropriate service manual procedures. If the procedure is not within your capabilities or you do not have the correct tools, have a Harley-Davidson dealer perform the installation. Improper installation of this kit could result in death or serious injury. (00333b)
NOTE

REMOVE
| 1. | Remove existing shifter peg. See service manual. |
INSTALL
| 1. | Figure 1 Install shifter peg assembly using washer (2) and screw (3). | |
| 2. | Position washer (2) between shifter peg and shift lever. Do not tighten. | |
| 3. | Rotate shifter peg (1) to desired orientation. | |
| 4. | Tighten screw (3). Torque: 10.5–12 N·m (93–106 in-lbs) |
