If the procedure is not within your capabilities or you do not have the correct tools, have a Harley-Davidson dealer perform the installation. Improper installation of this kit could result in death or serious injury. (00333b)

REMOVE
| 1. | Remove front wheel. See service manual. | |
| 2. | Remove and discard brake rotor screws. | |
| 3. | Remove and discard brake rotor(s). |
INSTALL
NOTICE
Do not re-use brake disc/rotor screws. Re-using these screws can result in torque loss and damage to brake components. (00319c)
| 1. | Position new brake rotor (1) on wheel. See service manual. | |
| 2. | Figure 1 Install shoulder bolt assemblies (2). | |
| 3. | Tighten bolts (2). Torque: 21.5–26 N·m (16–19 ft-lbs) |
COMPLETE
NOTE
Avoid hard stops for the first 300 miles. Hard stops during wear-in period will gall brake discs.
