This kit fits Harley-Davidson motorcycles equipped with polished brake rotor kit 41500012A or to replace fastener (Part Number 3762M) on OEM hub-less brake rotors.
Additional Parts Required
Loctite® 243 Threadlocker and Sealant - Blue (Part Number 99642-97).

INSTALLATION
| 1. | See the FRONT WHEEL section of the service manual for brake rotor (disc) and wheel inspection, removal and disassembly procedures. NOTE After market fasteners may not have the specific property requirements to perform properly. | |
| WARNING Use Harley-Davidson replacement fasteners. Aftermarket fasteners can adversely affect performance, which could result in death or serious injury. (00013a) | ||
| 2. | Place a few drops of Loctite® 243 (blue) on the threads of the new chrome screws from the kit. Install the brake disc using ONLY the new chrome screws. Torque the screws to 33.9–43.4 N·m (25–32 ft-lbs). Allow Loctite to cure according to manufactures recommendations. | |
NOTICE Do not re-use brake disc/rotor screws. Re-using these screws can result in torque loss and damage to brake components. (00319c) | ||
| 3. | Install the front wheel and brake caliper per the FRONT WHEEL section of the service manual. |
