Irregularities
  1. Improperly loaded motorcycle. Non-standard equipment on the front end such as heavy radio receivers, extra lighting equipment or luggage tends to cause unstable handling.
  2. Damaged tire(s) or improper front-rear tire combination.
  3. Irregular or peaked front tire tread wear.
  4. Incorrect tire pressure.
  5. Shock absorber not functioning normally. See dealer.
  6. Incorrect air suspension pressure.
  7. Loose front wheel axle nuts or rear wheel lug nuts. Tighten to recommended torque specification. See dealer.
  8. Rear axle out of alignment with frame and front wheel. See dealer.
  9. Steering head bearings improperly adjusted. Correct adjustment and replace pitted or worn bearings and races. See dealer.
  10. Damaged or inoperative steering damper.
  11. Tire and wheel unbalanced. See dealer.
  12. Rear fork pivot assembly: improperly tightened or assembled, or loose/pitted or damaged pivot bearings. See dealer.
  13. Engine mounts and/or stabilizer links loose, worn or damaged. See dealer.
  14. Uneven rear brake operation. See dealer.
  15. Loose rear axle bearing cap bolts or bearing retainer nuts. See dealer.
