NOTICE Using a pressure washer to clean radiators or oil coolers can damage cooling fins and reduce airflow. Reduced airflow can lead to overheating, resulting in motorcycle damage. (00056c) NOTICE Clean the inlet surface of the radiator regularly. Leaves and other debris can collect on the radiator surface and degrade radiator performance which could lead to overheating and motorcycle damage. (00197d) | ||
| 3. | Clean debris from radiator fins (2). | |
| 4. | Align top of radiator shroud to mounting tab. | |
| 5. | Install washers and screws. Tighten to 9–11 N·m (80–97 in-lbs). |
