NOTE
Avoid contact with high voltage components, cabling, or service disconnects on a submerged vehicle.
Never disconnect electrical components while vehicle is submerged.
The motorcycle is designed to be safe in water, even when fully submerged, and will not energize surrounding waters.
If the high voltage battery has been submerged you may hear noises, or see bubbling from the battery as the cells are being discharged from water intrusion. This does not energize surrounding water. The process may produce flammable gasses, which can be potentially explosive. Be sure area is ventilated.
The extent of damage to a submerged vehicle may not be apparent. Follow standard practices and procedures for access and removal of vehicle from the water. Wait until the vehicle is safely on land and drained of water to perform disabling procedures.
