See Controls and Components → Boom! Box Hand Controls → Right Hand Control Audio Functions. The back switch can be used to view previous screens and switch between normal day and high contrast color on the radio.

Press: Press to view previous screen on radio.

Long press: A long press will change the screen between normal day and high contrast color.
