| 1. | See Figure 1. Turn ignition switch OFF. | |
| 2. | Remove three screws (1) to detach the tail lamp assembly (2) from base. | |
| 3. | Push bulb (3) into socket. Rotate one-quarter turn counterclockwise. Pull bulb from socket. | |
| 4. | Inspect condition of electrical contacts in socket. If necessary, clean with a small wire brush and electrical contact cleaner. | |
| 5. | Coat base of new bulb with ELECTRICAL CONTACT LUBRICANT (Part No. 11300004). | |
| 6. | Orient index pins on new bulb with pin guides inside bulb socket. Push and rotate new bulb clockwise into socket. | |
| 7. | Install tail lamp assembly to base with three screws. Tighten screws to 2.3–2.7 N·m (20–24 in-lbs). | |

| 8. | Turn ignition on. Test for proper tail lamp operation. |
