With the exception of the high voltage electrical drive system, LiveWire motorcycles are similar in design to traditional internal combustion motorcycles. Distinguishing characteristics that may help to identify an EV motorcycle are the presence of:
Vehicle inlet/Charge port
Electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) caddy
Rechargeable energy storage system (RESS) (High voltage battery)
Electric vehicle power train (EVPT) (Drive motor)
Familiarize yourself with the location of all EV identifiers on the motorcycle.
