- Follow the data for correct cold tire inflation pressures.
- Check before riding when tires are cold.
- Do not over-inflate tires.
- Check inflation pressure and inspect the tread for punctures, cuts breaks, etc., at least weekly if in daily use or before each trip if used occasionally.

The VRSC features performance-oriented tires. These tires require more frequent inspection and may require more frequent replacement than Harley-Davidson touring model tires.

WARNINGReplace punctured or damaged tires. In some cases, small punctures in the tread area may be repaired from within the removed tire by a Harley-Davidson dealer.
