See Figure 1. The audio control switches are located on the handlebar switch assemblies.
Left +/AUDIO/- Switch
±: Pressing the AUDIO switch upward (+) raises the volume level. Pressing the switch downward (-) lowers the volume level. The level is raised or lowered as long as the switch is held until the minimum or maximum level is reached.
AUDIO: Pressing the AUDIO switch in will:
- Pause playback on an Apple media device (iPod, iPhone, iPad, etc.)
- Mute playback on a standard media player (connected to 3.5 mm plug).
Right UP/MODE SEL/DN Switch
UP/DN: Pressing the switch upward and downward will:
- Move ahead (UP) or back (DN) within the playlist on an Apple media device (iPod, iPhone, iPad, etc.) If a song has been playing for a few seconds, DN will move to the beginning of the song.
- UP/DN has no effect when using a standard media player.
MODE SEL
Pressing the MODE SEL switch in will:
- Toggle between Apple media device and standard media players if both are connected.
- When togging from Apple media device to standard device, the Apple media device will pause. Toggling from standard to Apple media device will not pause the standard media device.
- MODE SEL has no other effect on a standard media player.
NOTE
No balance or fade control is provided with the Premium Audio System.
