1.	Charge the battery. See Charging Motorcycle in the owner's manual.
2.	Inspect drive belt and sprocket. See Maintenance → INSPECT AND ADJUST DRIVE BELT AND SPROCKETS.
3.	Perform all checks in the PRE-RIDING CHECKLIST in the owner's manual.
