NOTE
Idler pulley will fall out when the pivot shaft is removed unless special tool is used.
1. See Chassis → REAR FORK → Install → Rear Fork. Remove pivot shaft (1).
a. Use special tool to retain idler pulley in place.

2. Remove rear fork (2).
