Rocker Switch Caps
Remove
1. Remove handlebar switch housing.
2. Remove switch cap.
NOTE
There are small pins and springs under some caps. Springs and pins could be lost during cap removal or installation.
a. See Figure 1. Carefully pry switch cap up off pin (2) on side of switch.
b. Pry switch cap up and away from pin (3) on opposite side.
Install
1. Install switch cap.
a. See Figure 1. Place cap onto switch, angling hole over pin (4).
b. Carefully press switch cap down onto opposite pin (5), rocking cap until snapping into place.
2. Verify proper operation.
3. Install switch housing.

Toggle and Joystick Caps
Remove
1. Grasp with pliers and pull cap straight off, discard.
NOTE
Removal will destroy cap.
Install
1. Push new cap straight on with finger.
