| 1. | Install powertrain. a. Using EVPT stand raise powertrain into position. Special Tool: RESS REPLACEMENT KIT (HD-52734) b. See Figure 2. Install screw (1). Do not tighten. c. See Figure 3. Install set screws (4). Tighten. Torque: 9–11 N·m (80–97 in-lbs) Powertrain set screws (1st torque) d. Loosen set screws (4) 90 degrees. e. Tighten set screws (4). Torque: 4–6 N·m (35–53 in-lbs) Powertrain set screws (final torque) f. Install screws (2, 3). Do not tighten. g. Tighten all screws (1, 2, 3). Torque: 31–36 N·m (23–27 ft-lbs) Powertrain mounting screws | |
