Remove

1.	See Figure 1. Remove E-clip (6) and clevis pin (3).
2.	Remove rider footpeg (4) and spring (2).

Install

1.	See Figure 1. Insert short leg of spring (2) into hole in footpeg (4).
2.	Install footpeg (4) with spring (2). Place long leg of spring (2) into bracket (1).
3.	Install clevis pin (3).
4.	Install E-clip (6).

Disassemble and Assemble

1.	See Figure 1. Remove wear peg (5) from footpeg (4).
2.	Install new wear peg. Tighten. Torque: 4–5 N·m (35–44 in-lbs) Footpeg wear peg
