| 2. | See Figure 4. Install main wire harness on right side of Rechargeable Energy Storage System (RESS). a. Feed EVPT connector (3) around right side as shown. b. Connect EVPT connector. c. Install lower caddy (2) in position. d. Install anchored cable straps (1). | |
| 3. | Return coolant pump (4) to installed position. See Cooling System → COOLANT PUMP. | |
| 4. | See Figure 3. Install rear of main wire harness. a. Install middle caddy (2) with screws (1). Tighten. Torque: 5–7 N·m (44–62 in-lbs) Wire harness, main, lower caddy screws b. Connect ABS connector (4). c. Install ABS module cover. See Chassis → BRAKE LINES → Remove and Install: ABS Module Cover. d. Connect IMU connector (3). e. Connect brake switch connectors (5). f. Connect accessory connector (6). g. Connect jiffy stand sensor connector (7). h. Connect BDU connector (9). i. Install anchor (10). j. Install anchored cable straps (8). | |
| 5. | See Figure 2. Install upper portion of main wire harness. a. Position GND 1, install screw (16). Tighten. Torque: 5–7 N·m (44–62 in-lbs) GND screw b. Connect security antenna (9). c. Connect BCM (6). d. Connect ECM power (5). e. Connect fuse block (4). f. Connect DLC (3). g. Connect TCU connector (2). h. Connect vehicle inlet connector (1). i. Install anchored cable straps (10). | |
