Remove
1. Remove power receptacle without bracket. See Power Receptacle (Vehicle Inlet) in this section.
2. See Figure 1. Disconnect charge port to charger connector (3) from main harness. Detach from bracket.
3. De-pin terminals (3-6) from 6-way black Molex charge port to charger connector (3). See Electronic Diagnostic Manual (EDM).
4. Remove screws (4).
5. Remove inlet plug interlock (2).
Install
1. Install inlet plug interlock (2).
2. Install screws (4). Tighten hand tight.
3. Install terminals (3-6) to connector (3).
4. Connect charge port to charger connector (3) to main harness. Attach to bracket.
5. Install vehicle inlet without bracket. See Power Receptacle (Vehicle Inlet) in this section.
