1.	Raise front wheel. See Secure the Motorcycle for Service in Maintenance → GENERAL.
2.	Check wheel bearing end play. See Chassis → SEALED WHEEL BEARINGS.
3.	NOTE Do not operate front brake lever with the front brake caliper removed. Without the rotor, brake pressure forces the pistons out of the piston bores. Seating pistons requires caliper disassembly. Detach front brake calipers from fork. See Chassis → FRONT BRAKE CALIPER.
