1. See Figure 2. Install tire TPMS valve stem assembly.
a. Install o-ring (2).
b. Install valve stem assembly (1) in wheel (6).
c. Install TPMS (3).
d. Install washer (4) and screw (5). Tighten.
Torque: 2.6–3 N·m (23–27 in-lbs) TPMS screw
2. Install tire. See Chassis → TIRES.
3. See Figure 1. Install wheel bearing spacer (4).
4. Install new wheel bearings (3, 6). See Chassis → SEALED WHEEL BEARINGS.
NOTICE
Do not re-use brake disc/rotor screws. Re-using these screws can result in torque loss and damage to brake components. (00319c)
WARNING
Rotor mounting fasteners must be seated into drive bushings and drive bushings must be fitted into rotor properly. Failure to comply can affect braking ability and lead to brake failure which could result in death or serious injury. (00499b)
5. Install rear brake disc.
a. Align rear brake disc (7) with mounting holes.
b. Install new screws (5).
c. Tighten screws in a crosswise pattern.
Torque: 27–30 N·m (20–22 ft-lbs) Brake disc, rear, screw
NOTICE
Do not re-use sprocket mounting screws. Re-using sprocket mounting screws can result in torque loss and damage to the sprocket and/or belt assembly. (00480b)
6. Install rear sprocket.
a. Align rear sprocket (11) with mounting holes in rear wheel (9).
b. Install washers (2) with new sprocket screws (1).
c. Tighten screws in a crosswise pattern.
Torque: 30–35 N·m (22–26 ft-lbs) Sprocket, final drive, rear
