NOTE
New o-ring must be lubricated prior to installation using IPC P-80 EMULSION (IPC P-80 Emulsion).
1. See Figure 3. Lubricate new o-ring with lubricant. Install new o-ring.P-80 EMULSION (IPC P-80 Emulsion)
2. See Figure 2. Install PEU (4) and screws (3). Tighten.
Torque: 8–10 N·m (71–89 in-lbs) PEU screws
3. Install screw (2). Tighten.
Torque: 3.9–4.3 N·m (35–38 in-lbs) Buss bar screw
4. Install screws (1). Tighten.
Torque: 5.3–6.5 N·m (47–58 in-lbs) 3-phase wire screws
5. Install screws (5). Tighten.
Torque: 3.6–4.4 N·m (32–39 in-lbs) 3-phase wire locator screws
6. Connect connectors (6).
7. See Figure 1. Install screws (4). Tighten.
Torque: 8–10 N·m (71–89 in-lbs) PEU screws
8. Install new cable strap (2).
9. Connect connector (3).
