Prepare

Drain coolant. See Cooling System → COOLANT.

Remove

1.	See Figure 1. Reposition clamps (1).
2.	Remove hose (2).

Install

1.	See Figure 1. Install hose (2).
2.	Reposition clamps (1).

Motor Inlet Coolant Fitting

Remove

NOTE

Do not replace fitting unless necessary.

1.	See Figure 2. Remove screw (2).
2.	Remove fitting (1).

Install

1.	See Figure 2. Install fitting (1).
2.	Install screws (2). Tighten. Torque: 4.4–5.2 N·m (39–46 in-lbs) Coolant fitting screw, motor inlet

PEU Outlet Coolant Fitting

Remove

NOTE

Do not replace fitting unless necessary.

1.	See Figure 3. Remove screws (2).
2.	Remove fitting (1).

Install

1.	See Figure 3. Inspect o-ring (1), replace as necessary.
2.	Apply light coating of coolant to o-ring, install fitting (2).
3.	Install screws (2). Tighten. Torque: 4.4–5.2 N·m (39–46 in-lbs) Coolant fitting screws, PEU outlet
