Two-Up Seat Models
1. See Figure 1. Position top cover (2) and feed USB cover through top cover.
2. Install top cover (2) to mounting grommets (3) lower rear into position. Install screws (1). Tighten.
Torque: 5.9–6.5 N·m (52–58 in-lbs) Cover, top, screws
One-Up Seat Models
1. See Figure 2. Install top cover (2).
2. Install screw (1). Tighten.
Torque: 5.9–6.5 N·m (52–58 in-lbs) Top cover screw
Left Side Top Cover
1. See Figure 2. Install cover (8).
2. Install screws (7). Tighten.
Torque: 5.9–6.5 N·m (52–58 in-lbs) Left top cover screws
Right Side Battery Top Cover
1. See Figure 2. Install cover (4).
2. Install screws (3). Tighten.
Torque: 5.9–6.5 N·m (52–58 in-lbs) Right battery top cover screws
Right Side Top Cover
1. See Figure 2. Install cover (6).
2. Install screw (5). Tighten.
