See Figure 1. Coolant and ambient (surrounding air) temperatures are displayed when the vehicle is started. The coolant temperature (CT) flashes until the engine is running at normal operating temperature. Refer to Specifications → Specifications: 2008 Buell 1125R Models → Cooling System: 2008 Buell 1125R Models for temperature ranges.

If the engine temperature rises or falls outside the normal operating temperature at any time when the vehicle is running, the temperature values automatically display again and the coolant temperature will begin flashing.
