| 1. | See Figure 1. Remove two screws to detach tail lamp assembly. | |
| 2. | Remove lens. | |
| 3. | Push in bulb and rotate counterclockwise. Pull bulb from socket. | |
| 4. | Coat base of new bulb with ELECTRICAL CONTACT GREASE (Part No. 99861-90). | |
| 5. | Align index pins on new bulb with pin guides inside bulb socket. Push bulb in and turn clockwise to lock in place. | |
| 6. | Install lens with two fasteners and tighten to 0.7–0.8 N·m (6–7 in-lbs). | |

| 7. | Check tail lamp for proper operation. If operation fails, reread procedure and verify that all steps were performed. |
