An Apple® iPod nano® is provided with the motorcycle. Connecting the iPod® or other Apple media device with the digital connector in the left saddlebag allows songs to be played through the audio system speakers. Volume, selecting songs within the playlist and pausing playback are controlled through the vehicle audio system. Any other control is performed through the device only.

Any device connected to the digital connector will charge while the ignition switch knob is in the IGNITION or ACCESSORY position. Devices connected to the 3.5 mm connector will not charge.

See the documentation provided with the iPod for basic operation of the device. No special setup is required to make the iPod nano operate with the motorcycle. When using other Apple media devices, the Premium Audio System requires that the music application is running.
