Prepare

1.	Remove top cover. See Chassis → TOP COVER.
2.	Remove rear cover. See Chassis → REAR COVER.
3.	Deactivate electrical system. See Electrical → POWER DISCONNECT.
4.	Remove tail section. See Chassis → TAIL SECTION.
5.	Remove rear shock absorber. See Chassis → REAR SHOCK ABSORBER.
6.	Drain front brake lines. See Chassis → BLEED BRAKES.
7.	Remove ABS module cover. See Remove and Install: ABS Module Cover in this section.

Remove

1.	Remove front caliper to ABS module brake line from both front brake calipers. See Chassis → FRONT BRAKE CALIPER.
2.	Remove front caliper to ABS module brake line from ABS module. See Chassis → ABS MODULE.
3.	See Figure 1. Remove line clips (5).
4.	Discard cable strap (4).
5.	Remove brake line from cable strap clip (3).
6.	Remove screw (2) with grommet and p-clamp.
7.	Remove front brake line manifold screw (6).
8.	See Figure 2. Remove front caliper to ABS module brake line (6) from brake line bracket (5).
9.	Remove screw (3) and P-clamp.
10.	Remove brake line clips (4).
11.	Remove grommets (2).

Install

1.	See Figure 2. Install grommets (2).
2.	Install line clips (4).
3.	Install front caliper to ABS module brake line (6) in brake line bracket (5).
4.	Install screw (3) with P-clamp. Tighten. Torque: 5–7 N·m (44–62 in-lbs) Brake line, both front lines, p-clamp screw
5.	See Figure 1. Insert front caliper to ABS module brake line (1) into cable strap clip (3).
6.	Install screw (2) with grommet and p-clamp. Tighten. Torque: 5–7 N·m (44–62 in-lbs) Brake line, front caliper to ABS module, p-clamp screw
7.	Install front brake line manifold screw (6). Tighten. Torque: 6–8 N·m (53–71 in-lbs) Brake line, front manifold screw
8.	Install line clips (5).
9.	Install new cable strap (4).
10.	Install front caliper to ABS module brake line to front brake calipers. See Chassis → FRONT BRAKE CALIPER.
11.	Install front caliper to ABS module brake line to ABS module. See Chassis → ABS MODULE.

Complete

1.	Install ABS module cover. See Remove and Install: ABS Module Cover in this section.
2.	Attach rear shock absorber. See Chassis → REAR SHOCK ABSORBER.
3.	Install tail section. See Chassis → TAIL SECTION.
4.	Activate electrical system. See Electrical → POWER DISCONNECT.
5.	Fill and bleed brakes. See Chassis → BLEED BRAKES.
6.	Install rear cover. See Chassis → REAR COVER.
7.	Install top cover. See Chassis → TOP COVER.
