Prepare

1.	Remove top cover. See Chassis → TOP COVER.
2.	Deactivate electrical system. See Electrical → POWER DISCONNECT.
3.	Remove front cover. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → FRONT COVER.
4.	Drain coolant. See Cooling System → COOLANT.
5.	Remove power receptacle with bracket. See High-Voltage System → POWER RECEPTACLE (VEHICLE INLET). a. Do Not disconnect high-voltage cables.
6.	Remove left lower side cover. See Chassis → SIDE COVERS.
7.	Remove screws from radiator. See Cooling System → RADIATOR.

Remove

1.	See Figure 1. Reposition clamps (1).
2.	Remove screw (3). Detach hose clamp (4).
3.	Remove hose (5) from harness clamps (2).
4.	Remove hose (5).

Install

1.	See Figure 1. Install hose (5).
2.	Install hose into harness clamps (2).
3.	Attach hose clamp (4) with screw (3).
4.	Reposition clamps (1).

Complete

1.	Install screws to radiator. See Cooling System → RADIATOR.
2.	Install left lower side cover. See Chassis → SIDE COVERS.
3.	Install power receptacle with bracket. See High-Voltage System → POWER RECEPTACLE (VEHICLE INLET).
4.	Fill coolant. See Cooling System → COOLANT.
5.	Install front cover. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → FRONT COVER.
6.	Activate electrical system. See Electrical → POWER DISCONNECT.
7.	Install top cover. See Chassis → TOP COVER.
