Prepare

1.	Remove top cover. See Chassis → TOP COVER.
2.	Deactivate electrical system. See Electrical → POWER DISCONNECT.
3.	Remove front cover. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → FRONT COVER.
4.	Drain coolant. See Cooling System → COOLANT.
5.	Remove right lower side cover. See Chassis → SIDE COVERS.

Remove

1.	See Figure 1. Reposition spring clamps (1).
2.	Remove screw (3) and detach hose clamp (2).
3.	Remove hose (4).

Install

1.	See Figure 1. Install hose (4).
2.	NOTE At outlet pipe fitting, rotate hose clamp prongs upward and toward EVPT. Reposition spring clamps (1).
3.	Attach hose clamp (2) with screw (3). Tighten. Torque: 5–7 N·m (44–62 in-lbs) Radiator hose clamp screws

Outlet Pipe Fitting

Remove

NOTE

Do not replace fitting unless necessary.

1.	See Figure 2. Remove screw (2).
2.	Remove fitting (1).

Install

1.	See Figure 2. Install fitting (1).
2.	Install screw (2). Tighten. Torque: 4.4–5.2 N·m (39–46 in-lbs) Coolant fitting screw, powertrain outlet

Complete

1.	Install right lower side cover. See Chassis → SIDE COVERS.
2.	Fill coolant. See Cooling System → COOLANT.
3.	Install front cover. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → FRONT COVER.
4.	Activate electrical system. See Electrical → POWER DISCONNECT.
5.	Install top cover. See Chassis → TOP COVER.
